💬 Tariff Talk – July Update

A few of our suppliers have implemented another round of tariff-related price increases this month. We’re hopeful this will be the last increase for the rest of the year—fingers crossed! 🤞

💡 What this means for you:

We’re not implementing any additional internal price increases this year. However, since our pricing is based on a markup of the products we purchase, some product prices may still rise if vendor costs continue to fluctuate.

We’re doing our best to absorb what we can, and we’ll revisit our overall pricing structure in the new year once things (hopefully) stabilize and we have the capacity to update our website.

✅ Mid-Year Milestone – Thank You!

Thanks to your continued support and patience, we made it through our busiest season; even while short staffed. Turnaround times were longer than usual, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we worked hard to fulfill every order on time.

We’re happy to share that we’re now back to our standard 7–10 business day turnaround time for most orders. In fact, July and August are typically slower months, making this the perfect time to get ahead on back-to-school awards, nameplates, staff gifts, and more before the fall rush begins.

Our new system played a huge role in helping us manage this year’s workload more effectively. While it’s still being fine-tuned, it’s already proven to be an invaluable tool and we’re on track to have it fully streamlined by year’s end.

We’re also in the process of hiring and training a new team member, which will make us fully staffed for the first time in over three years. This will allow us to better handle peak seasons and reduce the pressure on our core team. We're especially aiming to be fully ramped up ahead of the fall sports season (late September–October); our second busiest time of year.
