Kari has done an awesome job here along with the staff she has brought on. From the beginning until the end of the transaction the staff at Capitol Trophies were FANTASTIC! This is my first year coaching K-2 Flag Football and I am so glad I chose Capitol Trophies to have our backs with Medals for the kids! They came through like no other I will never use anyone else. The second part of my review is about Empathy. I totally messed up at the end and forgot to pick up the order of medals come Friday evening and they are closed weekends. I freaked out and thought it was over. I attempted one last move in emailing Capitol Trophies at 5:30pm mind you they had closed at 5pm. I heard back from Capitol Trophies around 5:45pm and they were able to still wait for me until 6pm. What a bunch of great Human beings these people are! They saved the day with helping me get my last minute Order of Medals a Week before the Kids "End of Season Party" and they helped me even though they were closed already! Thank you Kari and Capitol Trophies! See you next season!
