📢 Busy Season Notice

We’re currently in our peak season through the end of June, which means longer-than-normal turnaround times—often up to 12–15 business days, depending on your order.

We’re scheduling based on your event date and in-hand deadline, so please include those when placing your order! ⏳

Non-urgent orders may be scheduled further out to ensure time-sensitive projects stay on track.

🔧 Looking Ahead

We know extended turnaround times aren’t ideal, and we’re actively working on solutions. Our team is planning to add another full-time production role this summer to help us better manage peak season workloads.

We’re also rolling out a new scheduling system that will give us more flexibility and efficiency. This new approach allows us to better balance large and small orders by slotting in quicker jobs on lighter days—helping us turn around smaller orders faster and leave room for rush jobs when needed.

Our long-term goal is to consistently deliver:

✅ Small orders in about 5 business days

✅ Standard orders in 7 business days

✅ Large or complex orders in 10 business days

💬 Tariff Talk & Price Increases

In our last newsletter, we mentioned that we hadn’t raised our prices yet. That’s changed. Nearly all of our vendors have now implemented mid-year price increases due to new tariffs on imported goods—and that cost is being passed down the line.

Because we're in the middle of our peak season, we haven’t had the capacity to update online pricing. Current website prices are not accurate and may not reflect current costs. All orders will be quoted based on up-to-date vendor pricing until we can complete a full site update later this summer. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

With the way some vendors are phasing in tariff costs, it’s possible you may see unusual pricing—like a larger item costing less than a smaller one. If anything on your quote or invoice seems unclear, please don’t hesitate to reach out. All of our quotes are written by hand, and while we have systems in place to ensure accuracy, mistakes can happen with so many price shifts in play.

🛠️ Annual Adjustments & Cost-Saving Efforts

In addition to tariff-related changes, we’ve also made some of our usual annual price updates—mainly to reflect rising labor and engraving costs. That said, we’re also actively looking for ways to cut costs behind the scenes so we can keep your pricing as reasonable as possible.
