Phenolic Labels (Electrical Panel Plates)

Durable Design
All plates are a micro-surfaced Impact 2-ply acrylic approximately 1/16" thick with a matte surface finish. The material is UV stable and weather resistant. All plates come with a beveled edge and industrial strength adhesive on the back.
Standardized Format
All plates will be engraved with a size 0.25" minimum font height (unless otherwise specified). Font will be Arial or Arial bold as needed.
Standard plate size is 1" x 3". However, if you need a specific font size we will size the plate to the font.
Color Options
You may choose your plate color according to your needs and specifications. Standard colors are:
- Black w/White letters
- White w/Black letters
- Red w/White Letters
- White w/Red Letters
Additional colors available upon request.
Height x Width
Input your desired size in inches
Price by Sqr. Inches
Multiply your height x width to get total square inches and round up to the nearest whole number. Choose the appropriate price.
Color
Choose desired color. Additional colors available on request; please input in the customer color field.
Adhesive Back
Included in price is an industrial strength and weatherable double-sided tape. This is very strong and will adhere to most non-porous smooth surfaces very well.
Text Height
Standard text height is 0.25" (1/4"). If you have specific requirements please indicate here.
Customization

Q: How soon can I get these?
A: Standard turn-around is 7 business days. Rush orders available on case by case basis and may be subject to additional fees.
Q: I need something slightly different than the options provided, how do I order that?
A: If it's small change to the product listed here, just put your request in the notes. We will review and include it in the estimate. Quantity Discounts:
- 15-24 = 10%
- 25-74 = 15%
- 75+ = 20%
