In the past, we avoided this due to the risk of miscommunication; especially with name spellings or detailed instructions. But with recent improvements to our systems and processes, that’s changed.
Now that all orders are quoted and must be confirmed by email before production, we’re confident taking down as much information as possible over the phone. You’ll still receive an email quote to review, verify, and confirm before we begin your order so there’s no risk of mistakes slipping through.
With our new multiline phone system, upgraded software, and headset setup, we can now smoothly input your order directly while we chat.

However, please note:

💳 Payment Policy Reminder
We’ve had a few questions lately, so here’s a quick reminder about our current payment policy.
Since mid-last year, all orders must be paid before production begins. This policy helps us:
- ✅ Ensure customer commitment
- 💵 Improve cash flow (especially when parts need to be special ordered)
- 🔁 Streamline our production process
- 🧾 Provide clear, transparent pricing up front
It also encourages faster pickups—since the order is already paid for, there’s no need to delay.
🏢 Net Billing for Businesses
We offer Net 30 billing accounts for our business, school, and government clients. This is a great option for anyone placing regular orders.
If your organization places frequent orders and wants the flexibility of post-pickup payment, we recommend applying for an account:

To qualify, just complete the application and have at least one prior paid transaction with us. Most of our B2B clients use this method for the convenience of placing and receiving orders quickly.
📑 POs & Partial Payments
We do accept Purchase Orders (POs) from schools and businesses to initiate an order—but unless you have a billing account with terms, payment is still due upon pickup or prior to shipping.
Concerned about paying the full amount upfront? We also offer a 50% deposit option on orders over $200 or for returning clients. Just ask—this is approved on a case-by-case basis.

🗓️ New Production Scheduling System
Our new production scheduling system has been a game-changer in helping us stay efficient, even during busy seasons! Here are some key points to explain how we manage deadlines.
Every order is now assigned a “point value” based on its size and complexity. These points help us build out each day’s production workload based on our team’s capacity. This system ensures:
✅ We don’t overbook
✅ We can prioritize small, quick-turn items (like nameplates and badges)
✅ We can better evaluate and accept rush orders when needed
Quotes now include a tentative due date, based on both your event date and our current availability. That due date is held for just 2 business days. If your quote isn’t confirmed within that window, your order will be rescheduled based on the next available slot.
🕒 Quotes are still valid for 30 days but production space is limited and dynamic. Confirm quickly to lock in your timeline!
Rush orders are still accepted on a case-by-case basis, and rush fees help cover overtime and out-of-schedule shipping costs when needed.
