Definition
Precision Architectural Plaques are decorative, commemorative, or wayfinding plaques made by tolling the surface of a bronze, brass or aluminum plate to create a raised single-level foreground and a recessed background.

Quotation & Preliminary Mockup
We’ll review your request, confirm details, and provide a price quote along with a preliminary mockup of your plaque. At this stage, we may reach out with questions to ensure accuracy. -
Approval & Deposit
Once you’ve approved the quote and preliminary mockup, a minimum 50% deposit is required to move your order into production. -
Final Mockup
After payment, you’ll receive a full-color final mockup for approval. This ensures every detail is correct before manufacturing begins. -
Production & Delivery
With your final approval, your plaque goes into production. We’ll notify you when it’s ready for pickup, or provide shipping and tracking details if it’s being delivered.
Timeline: Please allow 3–4 weeks from initial inquiry to completion.

Q: Can I provide my own design/artwork?
A:
Yes, you can upload any additional documents during checkout. We will use your design as a guideline when setting up your artwork for production.
Q: How long do these take to produce?
A: These take on average about 14 business days AFTER artwork approval. The entire process can take 3-4 weeks with quoting and artwork.
Q: Can these be rushed/expedited?
A: No, these cannot be expedited. If you are on a tight timeline and need something for a presentation, we offer a poster board free of charge with a full color image of your plaque design printed on it. This serves as a fill in for the real plaque until it is ready.
Q: Do we do installations?
A: No, we do not. But we can provide additional literature and get specifications from the manufacture to help if need be.
Q: Can I add a logo or clipart/design?
A: Yes, logos must be vectorized and have be in black/white format for standard plaques. Same with clipart. There is no additional charge for logos or clipart so long as they are not colored. If you need a color logo, see portrait/photo options. Those processes would be applied to your logo and come at an additional cost.
