As we step into the new year, it's time to set fresh goals and share some updates. In our last newsletter, we unveiled some major changes slated for this new year.

Our New Website is Live!


After a week of trials and tribulations to get our site securities in order and displayed correctly on search engines, it's finally ready to go!

New Catalog in the Works!

While exploring our new website, you may have noticed that all product links currently redirect to our old web store. This is because we're in the process of building an extensive and improved catalog to enhance your shopping experience. Building such a comprehensive catalog takes time, and we want to ensure it's the best it can be.

Rest assured, we are diligently working behind the scenes on our new catalog, and we can hardly wait to unveil it. This revamped catalog will not only feature a vast array of products but also showcase our unique custom items and options, some of which were previously only available in our showroom.

Furthermore, we are committed to providing you with a user-friendly interface and an improved shopping experience. Our goal is to offer accurately priced and assembled products (not parts). While our big reveal is planned for late 2024, we are working tirelessly, hoping to bring it to you even sooner and with some hard work and luck, might even be able to go live this summer!



Customer Portal Delay 

Our new website comes with an integrated internal system (for us) and a customer portal (for you). In our previous newsletter, we excitedly anticipated its launch at the beginning of the new year. However, due to unforeseen challenges, we've had to delay its activation.

Currently, the customer portal remains inactive but we plan to unveil it alongside our new online catalog when that is ready to go. At that time, we'll provide comprehensive instructions on how to make the most of this portal should you desire to. We appreciate your patience and look forward to delivering an enhanced experience soon.


What's Planned for 2024?

New Online Catalog Underway

As mentioned above, our largest undertaking for this year and the primary project will be getting our new online catalog built out so that we have a full list of products and services available to both customers and staff. Not only will this make online shopping easier for customers but it will also give our customer service staff a much-needed central database to utilize. This will allow us to be far more efficient in our jobs of helping you discover what you want and giving you options.

More Updates to Showroom

Though we've made significant progress in the last year to update and fill our showroom, it is still a work in progress and we have much more planned. We hope to slowly bring in newer feature products to showcase, update labels and pricing tags on all items, replace old product displays with new ones, and add some more ready-made trophies and inventory items for fast turn-around and purchase off the shelves.

New Additions to the Team

Like all businesses, we experience changes, and we're excited about what's on the horizon! We're currently in the process of training a new team member to fill a role left vacant last year. Once the training and initial probationary period are successfully completed, we'll introduce you to our new team member.

Looking ahead, we're also planning to expand our staffing further later this year. Stay tuned for updates as we gear up to add some new faces to our team.
